REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY.

Smart Art does not offer refunds at this time. However we do allow for an exchange if product is defective. If you have an issue with your product please call us at (515)327.9413 within 30 days of purchase date so that we may address your issue.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Please allow two weeks for delivery (custom framing orders will take longer).

IA, WI, IL, MN, SD, ND: We will ship through Spee-dee Delivery. (www.speedeedelivery.com)

Remaining states: We will ship through FedEx. (lower 48 only. For shipping to AK or HI, call for specialty rates)

Shipping to Spee-dee zones is $20. Federal Express zones are $40.

Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the

following:

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and Spee-Dee deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you require express shipping, please call us at (515)491-4694. We cannot guarantee express shipping but will try and accommodate your request.

If you do not want to receive e-mail or other communications from us including mailers, kindly let us know. If you feel that this site is not following its above stated privacy policy, please contact us at (515)491-4694. Should Smart Art alter this privacy policy, we shall post changes on this page.
